LAKELAND, Fla. - Miguel Cabrera was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in Florida, the latest problem caused by drink facing the Venezuelan star Detroit Tigers.
Police St. Lucie County reported that the order of 27-year smoked on the side of a road on Wednesday when an officer noticed the vehicle.
According to police reports, Cabrera smelled of alcohol, he spoke haltingly and even tried to take a swig from a bottle of Scotch against the agent.
